1. Who we are

Day One Creator ("we", "us") is a digital product run by an individual seller in India. Contact: ghostpro127@gmail.com.

2. What you buy

A digital roadmap in Hinglish about starting and running a YouTube channel around the launch of GTA 6, delivered as a PDF in a Google Drive folder, with the templates and updates described on our Pricing page. The Pro plan also includes a personal video review of your YouTube channel.

3. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older and able to pay in Indian rupees.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.

5. Delivery and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Your licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content. You may not copy, share, resell or publish it, in whole or in part.

7. No guarantee of results

The roadmap is educational. We do not promise any number of views or subscribers, or any income. Results depend on your work, each platform's rules and other factors outside our control.

8. Not affiliated with Rockstar Games

Day One Creator is independent and unofficial. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto and GTA are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.

9. Pro channel review

The channel review is included only for the first 25 Pro buyers, counted in order of payment time. Send your channel link after purchase; we deliver the review within 7 days of receiving it. Pro buyers after the first 25 get the rest of the Pro plan (thumbnail templates and the titles and hooks bank) but not the review. When all 25 places are filled, we will say so on the website.

10. Platform rules

YouTube, Meta and other platforms change their rules. Follow each platform's current rules; we are not responsible for actions a platform takes on your channel or account.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy applies to your purchase.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
