Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Day One Creator collects, why, and the choices you have. It follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number when you buy
- Payment status, amount and payment ID from Razorpay. We do not receive your card or bank details.
- Your YouTube channel link, if you buy the Pro plan
- Messages you send us
- Basic usage data from cookies and your browser's local storage, including the Meta Pixel and the ad campaign (UTM) details of the link you arrived from, used to measure our ads
Why we use it
To deliver the product and its updates, run the Pro channel review, answer questions, process refunds, prevent fraud, measure our ads and meet legal and tax duties.
Who we share it with
Razorpay processes payments. Meta receives ad-measurement data if the Meta Pixel is active. Google provides our email and file delivery. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed, or when you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, complete or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance. Email ghostpro127@gmail.com and we will respond within the time the law requires.
Children
Day One Creator is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
